1. Our commitment

Kargraft is committed to making its website usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

Kargraft is currently operated as a small business by an Israeli exempt dealer (עוסק פטור) with no public-facing physical office.

Regardless of the exemptions that may apply to a business of Kargraft's current size and status, Kargraft has chosen to incorporate accessibility measures into the design, development and maintenance of its website.

If you encounter an accessibility difficulty while using the website, we encourage you to contact us so that we can investigate the issue and, where reasonably possible, correct it or provide an accessible alternative.

2. Standard and conformance level

The website has been developed with reference to Israeli Standard 5568, Part 1, and accessibility principles at Level AA.

Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1 is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

In addition, Kargraft uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a voluntary accessibility target when developing and improving the website.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. This statement should therefore not be understood as a guarantee that every page, component, browser combination or third-party service will be entirely free of accessibility issues at all times.

3. What's been made accessible

Accessibility measures currently implemented on kargraft.com include:

• keyboard navigation for interactive functionality;
• visible focus indicators for interactive elements;
• text contrast designed to meet a minimum ratio of 4.5:1 where applicable;
• alternative text for non-decorative images;
• labelled form inputs;
• programmatic association between form errors and relevant fields;
• inline form-error messages;
• interfaces that do not rely exclusively on colour to communicate meaning; and
• semantic and structural practices intended to support assistive technologies.

The website is designed to operate on modern desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

4. Known limitations

Kargraft is not currently aware of any intentional website functionality that is unavailable specifically to users with disabilities.

Nevertheless, accessibility issues may occasionally occur as a result of new content, browser differences, assistive-technology differences, third-party technology, technical errors or future website updates.

Kargraft currently has no public customer-facing physical office, and services are provided remotely and digitally.
